Three programmes, each with a clear scope and a flat fee
From a single sorting session to a four-month archive programme — Domara's services are designed to match where a household actually is, not where a model household should be.
← Back to HomeHow we work across all programmes
Every Domara programme begins with a written scope agreed in advance. There are no surprises mid-session and no services added without discussion. The scope document describes what we will do, what we will not do, and what any third-party costs might be.
Sessions are led by the same team member throughout a programme. We do not rotate staff between appointments, which means the person who started your filing system is the person who finishes it.
Initial consultation
A short call or message exchange to understand the household's records situation and recommend the right programme.
Scope agreement
Written scope provided before any payment. Includes what is covered, what is not and any anticipated third-party costs.
Programme delivery
Hands-on sessions at the agreed location. Work completed within the stated timeframe.
Handover with Boundaries Card
Written summary of what was done, what to follow up and which matters require an independent professional.
Shelf Session for Household Papers
A hands-on working session — three hours at our Johor Bahru office or your home — sorting a household's papers into labelled boxes by document family. Written for families that have never had a filing structure and want one established properly rather than patched together.
- Labelled boxes and index cards for each document family
- Written filing guide the family keeps and can follow independently
- Validity table listing which documents need renewing and when
- Boundaries Card noting any matters for professional follow-up
- Duplicates removed; expired records separated for review
Duration
One three-hour session
Service fee
RM 640
Best for: Households new to document organisation, families preparing for a major event (move, marriage, inheritance) or anyone who cannot quickly locate their key papers.
Renewal Calendar and Reminder Service
A twelve-month programme covering every document held by household members that carries an expiry date — identity cards, passports, driving licences, road tax, permits and registrations. Reminders go out in advance of each renewal date, and a prepared document set is ready when it is needed.
- Renewal calendar covering all household members' documents
- Advance reminders by message and email before each date
- Prepared document set assembled before each renewal
- Mid-year review meeting to update dates and add new documents
- No legal or procedural advice — purely organisational support
Duration
Twelve months
Service fee
RM 1,290
Best for: Families who have already missed a renewal or who regularly lose track of expiry dates across multiple household members.
Family Archive Establishment Programme
A four-month programme with weekly working sessions, designed for households holding decades of records in unsuitable conditions. By the end, every document is inventoried, digitised at archival resolution, stored in appropriate materials and indexed in both printed and digital form.
- Full inventory of all household records
- Digitisation at archival resolution — not phone-camera quality
- Archival-grade protective storage for originals
- Scanned archive delivered on two separate drives
- Printed and digital index a family member can maintain
- Two training sessions for family members
- Humidity guidance for Johor Bahru conditions
- Annual review appointment included
Duration
Four months, weekly sessions
Service fee
RM 4,470
Best for: Households with decades of accumulated records, families preparing to transfer records between generations, or anyone whose documents are stored in conditions unsuitable for long-term preservation.

Protocols that apply across all programmes
Data handling
No records shared beyond the working team. Digitised files handed to the family and not retained after programme completion.
Written scope first
No work begins without a written scope the household has read and agreed to. Third-party costs listed separately.
Consistent team member
The same person leads every session in a programme. No handovers between appointments without prior discussion.
No advice overreach
Legal, financial and medical matters are flagged for the appropriate professional. Domara does not stray outside administrative support.
Archival material standards
Storage materials selected for the local climate. No acid-rich plastics or unsuitable materials are used in any Domara programme.
Fee itemisation
Service fees and third-party costs listed in separate columns on every invoice. No bundling, no surprises.
Flat fees, no hourly billing
Third-party office charges, where applicable, are listed separately before any work begins.
