Our services are based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia and this policy is written in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

We do not collect, copy or retain the contents of household documents during our sessions. Any documents you show us during a programme remain under your possession and control. We do not store scanned files on our servers after they have been delivered to you.

3.1 Marketing communications

- Programme records (name, contact, scope agreement): retained for 3 years for accounting purposes, then deleted
- Renewal calendar data: retained for the duration of the programme plus 3 months, then deleted on request
- Analytical data: aggregated and anonymised after 13 months
5. Data Protection Measures
- Data transmitted to our website is encrypted using TLS
- Access to client records is restricted to the team members assigned to your programme
- We do not store full document scans on cloud servers — archives are delivered directly to the client
- In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of it
